Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and the professionalism of the staff. The front desk team was friendly, efficient, and genuinely eager to ensure my stay was comfortable.The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the ample lighting, fast Wi-Fi, and well-stocked amenities. Everything was spotless, and I could tell cleanliness is a top priority at this hotel. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The variety was fantastic – from fresh fruit and hot items to pastries and healthy options. It was well-presented, constantly replenished, and served in a clean and pleasant environment. The location is another big plus. It's conveniently situated near major roads, restaurants, and local attractions, making it an ideal base whether you're in town for business or leisure. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression.

Everything was superb starting from the entrance till the time to check out I was welcomed warmly at the reception with a glass of minute maid apple juice as I waited to be escorted to my room. The room was clean and being this was my second trip there was much improvement from last time that was there. The hotel its near city centre which was quite convenient to me and despite being near city centre theres no noise in the hotel room It was just a great stay!! The hotel team was very friendly and caring! We really appreciated it!!! The reception desk and staff in the breakfast area were always smiling and super attentive! During the breakfast I mentioned the noise during the night, and I was impressed how smoothly the room was changed! Delicious breakfast, good choice, tasty take-away pack. Free coffee in the lobby! Clean roof top pool! The location is good for those who want to save time traveling outside Nairobi or to the National park, BOMAs etc. You escape traffic jams!

I had the most wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel. One of the staff members Patrick, went above and beyond to make me and my friend feel welcomed at the hotel. I was celebrating my 30th birthday, and Patrick had the entire kitchen staff sing me happy birthday with a cake! A total surprise, and really the type of gesture friends do for one another. Amazing rooftop pool, the best deep tissue massage I've ever had, the perfect CBD location for exploring, great buffet breakfast, and just all around awesome. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Location was quite central but the rooms were quiet despite this. Rooms were clean and the air condition worked! Tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room, with supply of bottled water daily. We didn’t have dinner here but breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Porter Patrick was always on hand to help. The hotel is very accommodating, they packed breakfast for us one morning when we had to leave early. Roof top pool, is quite nice, it’s heated as well. You algo get a good view from here.
